1. Operating Entities & Institutional Scope
These Terms of Engagement govern formal commercial interactions, institutional off-take agreements, and infrastructure development protocols entered into with GRIDGLOBAL ASCENT PVT LTD (Corporate Headquarters, India) and GRIDAFRO SARL (Central Africa Regional Operations, Republic of Chad), collectively referred to as "GRIDGLOBAL" or "GRID".
2. Non-Circumvention & Bilateral NCNDA Protocols
All direct institutional engagements, origin sourcing dossiers, concession reviews, and trade contract negotiations are strictly conducted under standard International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure & Working Agreements (NCNDA). Counterparties agree that proprietary origin data, trade corridor schematics, and logistics routes shared by GRID are protected by statutory confidentiality.
3. Trade Integrity & Statutory Compliance
GRID operates under rigorous counterparty due diligence, statutory anti-money laundering (AML) controls, and international trade compliance standards across all operating jurisdictions. All contracts, off-take documents, and letters of credit are subject to legal verification and formal corporate board authorization.
